When do you raise your prices?

As your shop gets busier, you start to see real volume. It's not because there are more watches to fix — there are always watches to fix.

It's because the community is recognizing you as a good watchmaker. Customers' friends and family are sending people your way. Because you do good work.

You're busier than ever. You start prioritizing the work that brings the dough.

That's the time to raise your prices. If they really want you, you won't get a no. You start turning down certain brands. And the customers you can't take? You send them to peers around town who could use the workload.

Keep fellow watchmakers in your network. Be good to them.
