Last week (I should’ve blog this last week), we went to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA for my birthday. We spent 2 days; 1 at the Water Park and the other at Busch Gardens Europe. The weather was nice, it wasn’t hot and actually there were a few times where some rides had to stop for the incoming storm. Luckily there was no storm. I rode the Apollo’s Chariot and it was FAST. Loch Ness Monster and Alpengeist has the loops and it was thrilling too. The only roller coaster I did not get to ride is the Big Bad Wolf, the line was always long and I did not have any time.
Foods were ok, not the best of all. On these theme parks, I always look for arcades and some cheeesy games like you’re in a fair. The dance dance revolution… if only I am good enough to amuse everyone, I could experience being a rockstar. There was this cool arcade game, boxing, you hold 2 motion sensored gloves and you punch your opponent on the screen. You also dodge and move sideways to win. It’s a pretty cool machine, would be nice if I have that in my house.

ALMOST is a brand for decks. This is my very first built skateboard. I ordered it on eBay (complete set) for a total of $58.99 including shipping. It arrived pretty quick, just less than a week. Since I am a noob, I have no idea how to properly assemble a skateboard. What did I do, I googled it.
by the way according to Merriam-Webster, google is now a verb.
It’s not that hard to put them all together but the grip tape is not perfect. I still have some tiny bubbles in there and the edge is OK enough for me. The wheels, trucks and bearings seem to run ok. I am still learning to do the ollie so I can live with this skateboard for the mean time. Once I can do some good flip tricks, then I’ll purchase the signatured decks.

You get to bowl with coaches like me and learn or improve your bowling skills. It’s fun and exciting seeing new bowlers geting their bowl at least at the center.
