dvdpinoyflix.com for Filipinos

I created a new website www.dvdpinoyflix.com for people who’s looking for Tagalog DVDs on Netflix. It is an Unofficial list of titles in Tagalog language that I’ve rented or saved in queue. If you don’t have time to browse these type of movies, this site will serve you especially if you subscribe to the RSS feed.

Etsy.com (beta)

Web 2.0 is where everybody is going. I was searching for some photo hosting solutions for my eBay selling idea to catch more eyes on my store. Flickr is faster than my web hosting provider but there might be some exceptions on hosting your stuff over their service (haven’t read their entire TOS yet). eBay on the other hand does not have any tagging. I came upon this new site ETSY -beta- has a cool awesome design and I was blown away. I did not hear any about this only until it showed up on Google for “flickr and eBay” results. I might give it a try. Free store, flat fees: $0.10 per item & 3.5% commission and your own URL (yourstore.etsy.com). You’ll sure be amazed with the website, so go check it out.

my XPS M140 Blue Screen

After beating up this baby for almost a month now, I just had my first blue screen. It wasn’t the normal blue screen of death (BSOD) because there were no error messages. I should have taken a picture of it. The screen went completely blue after suffering from too many apps running. Before it crashed, my Outlook 2003 won’t load, Yahoo desktop Search acted weird –it will not close and freeze on the background. Firefox 1.0.7 freezes as well and the only functional app before BSOD appear was Notepad.exe. Windows Media Center 2005 sucks, but I want the functionality. My remote works well if I want to watch my TV shows. Why did Microsoft design MCE to require rebooting the system at least once a day? I run my computers 24/7 for scanning and backup purposes. What pisses me off is to wake up and not be able to login because the system is totally frozen up. Let’s just wait for vista I guess.

For those of you (maybe 5) reading this blog, I hope you can email me or comment at least on my posts. That will be highly appreciated very much. Lately I have been involved in so many things that I couldn’t even reply on some of my emails. I’m still trying my best to at least share my technolust and bring some ideas to the community.
