Torrents RSS Feed

Geesh… I didn’t know that there is RSS Feed for torrent files. This is awesome. I can now subscribe to my HBO favorite shows without even subscribing to it. And the past part, most of them are in hdtv captures. Whooohoooo freaking IPTV rulez!! I hope all LEGAL iptv’s out there will set their feeds as well. Hey, this saves a lot of bandwidth bills for you guys.

College drop out

Unfortunate it is to be dropped out the class for not being able to fund my college. So many ways I’ve tried to get a loan but there’s nothing I can do for I am neither a US citizen nor a permanent resident. A little disappointed I am, my green card is about to come in a few months anyway. I rather wait for months and receive a Federal Stafford Loan than get a Personal Loan today and pay high interest rate.

I will definitely miss my online class. The virtual campus is fun and very user-friendly. The degree that I’m going to pursue will be on hold for another year maybe. Right now I will just focus on my job and develop my web designing skills for more opportunity for interim.

I’m now officially a college drop-out so I’ll grab a Dreamweaver book right now. Good luck to all my classmates –or I should say ‘former classmates’

Bestbuy PC

Last Sunday I went to Bestbuy early, like 10mins before they open the store, to purchase this $319 Compaq Presario. It’s a great deal for everyday computing needs and a little gaming. It’s got an AMD Sempron 3100+ processor, 512MB DDR ram and 160GB Hardrive. Complete set with monitor including a photo printer. What I hate about buying these branded computers are the preloaded softwares they have. Those are all junk! I spent 3hrs cleaning it up. I tried to install windows xp pro but the system won’t allow an upgrade. I restored it couple times because the system won’t boot after putting xp pro. Now the weirdest part… the Change/Remove button on control panel’s Add/Remove is MISSING. I must do a clean install of xp pro on that piece of crap to get rid of a bunch of softwares that are mostly trial version anyway. After all I got what I paid for.
