I listen to Adam Carolla and Dr. Drew from Loveline and I love it. They’re funny and you will get some moral insights and medical explanations on addiction too. Highly recommended show but unfortunately I just can’t keep up on their live show at night so I donwload them through bit Torrent! Better yet it is a podcast (RSS feed) This is very helpful especially for those who don’t catch them on their local radio.

So I finally finished my assignments last weekend, Saturday, which is the deadline and I did very well on my grade (Yoohooo!!). This online thing is not as easy as I expected. It’s kind of tough when you know that you have all the time to read but then something will always come up… then you’re screwed.
What does this tell me? I need to manage my time more wisely. Make every minute a chance to do what you can do productively if you could.

My mp3 player sucks! It’s a Creative Zen Micro. This is my 2nd player that I got from bestbuy and breaks at the same problem–earphone jack. I called Creative tech support and they told me that I should take care of that SENSITIVE jack and the hard drive itself. I keep this player in my pocket most of the time while walking, working and sometimes at play. According to their tech rep. guy, this was not designed for rugged use. If I will to return this to their factory, they will just repolace it with a new one, probably with the same issue. He then told me that there’s a new Zen Neeon which is designed for tough users like me. That’s a new product and maybe nobody has done test or review about it; pcmag.com doesn’t have one.
So I went to Creative website to check it out. The Neeon is slim and has some good features that I like but it only has 3 liners–less mp3 tags display. I googled zen micro and it pulled up a NEW Zen Micro Photo. It’s not a camera but it has a colored display to view your photos, cool isn’t it. For the same price as 5GB Zen Micro, this new baby holds 8GB worth of stuff. I’m going to wait for this before I exchange this crappy player. Good thing I bought that 2 year extended warranty. Hopefully, they’ll let let me pick up that one. The 5GB Zen Micro keeps disappearing from their showcase anyway.

Since I am taking a business course (BUS105), I figured it would be easier for me to hear some discussions or interviews on my Creative Zen Micro I don’t have an iPod. I am talking about podcasting. I am so hooked up with this new technology but there are only few podcasts out there that are sensible. Maybe I have not searched enough in different directory sites. Where’s the best directory? I am currently subscribed to Brainstorm and ITConversations Business, that’s it!
I glance at my RSS feeds anyway if I have time. Podcasting is still scratching the surface I would say.

Last week, I receive my books and FREE Microsoft XP Pro and Office 2003 Pro disks which is so awesome. I got the 64-bit version. That’s what I like about school. Even the Office came with Enterprise Edition, I was so thrilled and really keep thinking of buying a new box w/ AMD 64.
I finally got the chance to post an Introduction of myself on the discussion board. There are different students from different places. This is going to be fun. Last year I did an AutoCAD online training and I did not interact with any of the students. This course may require us to work together as group and the instructor even encourages us to reply on other student’s posts. This is all going to be exciting.

Somebody PLEASE… PLEASE… help me buy this phone!! Give me some gigs to earn extra $250.
I have been waiting for a good camera phone from Alltel and this Nokia 6225i is just right for what I need for now.
With this phone, I can send pictures to my blog easily anytime I want to. My Motorola T720 is getting old and I just can’t replace it right now because I have all the accessories such as separate desktop charger, extra battery pack and data cable. I am still planning to use this phone to go online wirelessly if I can’t find any Wi-Fi. My dad and I purchased the same phone couple years ago and very satisfied with it. I just want this camera phone plus all the accessories I need.
Just let me know if you need to clean your house, mow the lawn, car wash, computer repair, virus/spyware removal, data recovery, wireless home network, etc.
Send me email francis.zape [at] kycz.com
