		<title>DAY 11 &#8211; no ab ripper x tonight</title>

		<title>DAY 10 &#8211; Plyometrics is not easy but GOOD!</title>

		<title>DAY 3 &#8211; I think I drink too much protein shakes</title>

I used a lighter weight (15lbs) but I should have gotten one set of even lighter like 10lbs for the shoulder flys and upright rows. My friend came over tonight and we did it together.
